When you show expenses of $4.7 for 6 months and cash on hand and revenues of something like $6.8 million, with a projected revenue of another $1 for the remaining 6 months. How do you think you can cover projected expenses of $9.4 for the entire year (which does not include the admitted increase in advertising)?

And that just gets you through the year, it doesn't stop there. 1q of '07, you're staring at another $2.5 million in expenses and you know you need at least 7x the number of subscribers you have at the end of 2q of '06 at the BEGINNING of '07 to hope to cover that expense.

And, there again, that $2.5 million in OE per quarter is based on the size the company is as of 2q '06.

Believe me, they have unpaid bills. It's all right there in black and white.
