#315049 RE: asmarterwookie #315045

You are saying you cannot patent something that is obvious?

I am saying biotechs or BPs or any entity that collaborates with Peregrine and via PS Targeting patents or even seeing PS Targeting data results (such as protein pathways BEFORE ...and AFTER...) and then those same parties file patents based on this new knowledge should have to negotiate with Peregrine for such patents because before PS Targeting new knkwkedge certain patents could not possibly be filed or certain protein pathway info may be IMPOSSIBLE to know (non-obvious) unless one was collaborating with Peregrine / PS Targeting and then and only after certain protein pathways were discovered or even knowing which ones to pay closer attention to (to target) and then becoming obvious but still non obvious to all others that never seen PS Targeting data/results/3D imaging....etc etc

I am only looking out for all shareholders best interest and if we all send in these concerns to Peregrine then it becomes clear they should be paying attention to patents that are filed from any party that got close enough and realized certain info after PS Targeting collaborations : )
