I disagree. There is absolutely no chance that a multi-billion dollar, international company would use the FRFS shell to go public. They may start up a subsidiary consulting firm, that will be financed by convertible notes, but if a multi-billion dollar, international company wanted to go public, there would be plenty of underwriters that would be glad to accommodate them.
Think about it. Why would a supposedly huge & profitable private company want to go public anyway, let alone resort to being a penny stock otc company (even for a moment)?
And don't tell me cost. If GIFA was as large as many are touting it to, the cost to go public, with reputable underwriters and their shares sought by institutional investors, would be like a spit in the ocean.
I challenge anyone to give one example of such a company ever having gone public via an otc shell.
