I am in the construction business. I understand the process. It would show progress to at least show us the set of plans for the building, the parcel of land it will be on and at least the "permit application" to show they will be ready when the moratorium is lifted. And if they are serious,,,this much has already been done. The plans for the kitchen should be "in hand" for sure.
