Ran into a guy at the Chevy dealership yesterday where I was getting a bid on some bodywork on the truck (despite being a Chevy shop, they did great work on the Mustang, so figured I'd have them do the 350) and he apparently just bought a Cobra replica. Queried him about it, and it's also an FF. Of course, told him about our adventure in Pahrump, and strongly recommended some track time in the car.
Anyway, in the language I'm speaking most lately:
Delete from Zumbrunnen_Garage where Make='Dodge' and Model='Durango'
Insert into Zumbrunnen_Garage (with shoehorn) values (2003, 'Chevy', 'Suburban', '1500', '4WD', 'LT', 'Sweeeeeet!')
Have also decided to get myself a motorcycle. Looked at the Harley Ultra the other day and liked it fine, but didn't like it $23,900 and a 3-month wait worth. Trying to locate a 2003 Gold Wing in either Illusion Blue, Silver, or Yellow. So far, no luck. Local dealership has a used 2001 but they're only asking $4k less than a new one fetches, so fuhgedaboudit.
There's a big dealership in Nebraska I used to always see advertising in the KC Star on Sundays in the motorcycle classifieds, so I'll try to find them.
Well, off to the workshop to go through the Mustang and make sure it's ready to rock. Chief Instructor for a Cobra club event in Topeka next weekend emailed me saying they need instructors. I'd pretty much planned to not do any more tracking this year until October, but I guess I'm just a guy who can't say no. <g>
