My deceased folks used to winter in Cape Coral, sister still lives in Ft. Myers. I love the weather December til April.

BTW, I read my message, I am only doing short term trades. I don't short stocks or mess with put options.

Florida real estate might be a littler cheaper than 2 months ago, thanks to the hurricane. Ft. Myers was close to the eye, but no major damage.
