Total shares authorized: 3,500,000,000 as of: 09/30/2015
Total shares outstanding: 2,969,209,834 as of: 09/30/2015

THEN 5 months later Eddie doubled the A/S--->>

7 BILLION AUTHORIZED SHARES as of 2/16/2016.

Then 8 months later he added yet another 8 BILLION as of 10/18/2016

Yet Eddie will have the ignorant and gullible believe that the O/S hasn't budged a single share in over 2 YEARS.

SUTI's "Partner company" PRPM has 12 Billion. All combined combined that's 20 BILLION between just two of his toxic tickers!!!
