If needed pending the actions of the current BOD I would expect Farley to be a backup as a new BOD nominee. But who knows maybe Ronin has more people from BKT world to nominate.
Farley's investment tells me they are not going away and they feel very confident in the future of PPHM. I speculate the ducks are lined up to hit a serious homerun with AVID.
It was about two years ago IB divested a company that did what AVID does and the deal they were involved in was $750MM in sales.
I can't remember for sure but wasn't their a Farley as part of the LS against pphm following the phII debacle? I thought that was one of the names along the way in that LS
