If the OS count stands at 797,191,800 (per Yahoo Finance), at today's closing pps of 0.03644, the market cap is $29,049,669. If the common shares own a maximum of 10% of the company, then the enterprise value should be a minimum of $290,496,690. Does this conceptually look correct? If so, does the value of DOLV (ZJMY) even come remotely close to $290,496,690
