after years in the making, sorry I hope you aren't playing this as a takeover, after years of M&A in the medical field I can tell you this is not a buyout opportunity and the officers at TRXC aren't ready to retire most aren't even 50 years old yet. They are very proud of what they created, it would be a career ending proposal also so that is not going to happen! They are a real company they have the means to survive, don't sell them short!
