After first r/s I blame Sec for victims. They should have shut this down back then. Seen so many OTC halted for far less fraud. Trillions of shares sold using false pr's for years. That is based on before 2 1 for 1000 r/s. Nothing to show for it at all but prefers taking the money. The fraud is so clear needs to be stopped.
