All very intriguing, SB. Like most SH, I was under the impression that the NDA would be filed in Q4/17. DH didn't hear 18 months before filing? Now with the most recent PR, they only kicked the can down the road just a little further, until 10/27. Two choices. Vote FOR R/S, OR get PPS up to $1 for 10 days prior to 11/15. Based on all data being withheld, delayed, etc..., while MM's do their thing, what do you suppose the chances of the R/S passing, and what will the PPS be 10 days from now?
Well, I'm not changing my vote AGAINST for this very reason. I suppose this is K'man's and BOD's last ditch effort to get a FOR on the R/S since they don't have the votes yet. I'm not sure which way the vote will go between now and 10/27. Nothing positive in the PR, or your post, imo, so I figure more downward movement and NOISE between now and then.
I plan to call DH myself tomorrow and find out if CYTR intends to appeal NASDAQ's decision to the SEC or Federal Court if they don't grant CYTR a further extension or files a notice to remove CYTR from NASDAQ on 11/15 if the R/S fails, or if they plan to just voluntarily remove CYTR from NASDAQ and move to the OTC, if I can get through. You can ask him that for me if you get a chance to speak with him before I do. Tks!
