Of course you should say something BUT it's the way you present yourself. Go with another Co and ask Viva for your money back although I am sure Viva wouldn't charge you if you didn't have the box/service !!! Call customer service next time and try not to shout at them as you showed us you did in your email/s!!!!!. $$$OTTV$$$
I understand your frustration. I would be as well but at least they are communicating with you. Everyone else seems to have had zero problems receiving their box, so why you? Who knows. Sometimes shipping doesn't go as planned and sometimes you wait longer than expected. It happened with me an Amazon before.
Let everyone know when you get the box. Hang tight. It'll all work out
