You forgot to include the sentence prior- He had explained earlier to me he did not want to deal with all the hassles and expense of Obamacare anymore. Once Obama was re-elected he must have given up hope.
and also you forgot to include from my other post- Based on my brief discussions with him and some of the office personnel after he was gone, it sounds like he made a difficult decision.
