Upatnight....if rumors prove true on this being a major major find, and CVX and XOM are already tied together in block 1, you could be right with your choice. Plenty of oil and utilizing the skills of both US majors would be a benefit. I'm just not sure how much greed gets in the away from teaming up. XOM and CVX both like to be operator....
