Grande25: I'm long and strong SLJB but I don't beleive that increase in A/S was a bookeeping accident. I think mgmt. tried to get one over on us in spite of their assurances that A/S would not be increased (dilution) and they tried to + 50mm new shares. While the shares were for "the Arabs", which Arabs who knows...but if they were for Wessal which was/is to buy on the "open market" then what's going on? The 50mm if they went to Wessal may not then have been purchased on the open market. These are valid open questions which I hope are eventually answered.
