I would say OK and look for a PPS drop on Monday morning. Of course I would be happy to pick up some of the last cheap shares. What would you do jantinna?

Come on Jantinna! How many times has the firm that you work for NITE experienced a delay with their audits? Why don't you go and ask your boss. Numerous times I would guarantee that!

This company even in the "pre-audit state" is still waaaaaaay undervalued and poised for rapid growth. Forget the 350 million contract and future deals, forget the events that supposadly happened and were PRed, even if they didn't happen and were pure fiction, based on the existing profits of this post-merger public company, Sulja Bros. still is HUGE!! Fortunately for us, they did happen. Holding long and strong, even if it turns out KPMG does things slower than expected.

BOTTOM LINE - and those who know me, know I love to eliminate all the waste and get to it. I posted my opinion that if the financials do not come out as promised, the stock will be very weak. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

But let's go beyond this and analyze the activity of our friends, the professional bashers, and how they may influence how weak the stock would be.

I got perhaps 20 panic PM's when the stock was .115. It coincided with an influx of bashers, many of which were born today, or very recently, and had a history of nothing but bash of this stock. Some claimed they had inside information from KPMG, which IMO would be violative of accounting ethical rules and SEC regs. They claimed that they knew that SLJB had no relationship with KPMG.

I assume many did panic and sell at .115.

For those who doubt the existence of paid or unpaid bashers with agenda, the fact is that even if someone wanted to get out, by being calm and not listening to FUD, one could have sold at .125 or higher a few minutes later. THAT'S THE KEY - MAKE YOUR OWN DECISIONS - DON'T BASE YOUR DECISIONS ON ANY POSTER, INCLUDING THIS ONE. Do not BUY, SELL or poop based on what you read on a message board.

Nobody, including me, knows if AF's are coming or not. I don't believe that any office of KPMG, even if they knew, would disclose the info. I think it's unprofessional and possibly violative of SEC regs.

BOTTOM LINE - it's ridiculous. They will either be here by Monday or they won't.

If they are here, that will separate this stock from 95% of the pinkies and should be very bullish.

If they are not, and there is not a damn good explanation, then the stock will open very weak.

As I mention above, it doesn't take a genius to figure this out. It's simple. I could have said, as the pro bashers are wont to say that the price has built into it an assumption that the AF's are not going to be here. But I won't. My own analysis is just what it is and even if I had spoken to one of those offices, I would think the exact same thing.

Over the weekend - what should you expect?

If the AF's do NOT come out, expect the hundreds of FEAR inducing posts from those who claim to want to save you from yourself. Why? Because they want you to sell in panic. THEY WANT TO STEAL SHARES CHEAPLY FROM WEAK LONGS AND DAY TRADERS. THEY PRETEND TO BE HERE TO SAVE YOU BUT COMMON SENSE SAYS OTHERWISE. LOOK AT THE AGENDA OF THE 24/7 BASH CREW

If the AF's actually do come out, look for the bashers to be spinning every possible theory.

If the numbers look great, they will find one line or two that looks bad. Perhaps they spent too much on travel or toilet paper??

If they can't do that, they will see caveats in the footnotes.

If they can't do that, boilerplate will be the next weapon of the moronic generic basher.

If that's not there, look for more spelling geniuses or grammar critics to focus on that.

But, be assured, even if SLJB discovers a process that makes cement last forever, there will be a basher crew out there ready to claim perhaps that they spoke to a cancer specialist and the dust from that cement causes fingernail cancer.

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND.

Oh and wormy - please take care of those bloody stools and nervous tics.
