Abe seems to be pretty shrewd businessman. He doesn't waste money. Share structure will be finalized with only one resolution and only one fee. There is something that he was quoted as saying a couple months ago in a press release that just sticks with me. He was talking about share structure and moving to the otcbb and said something to the effect of being as obsessed with it as he is building the actual business. Obsessed. Guys, this is the one.
