I was in another stock and someone on the board brought the info to the board. They issue the patent number and also the weekly updates of the pending patents. It is a Gov sight I believe, been a while. Wish I remembered.

Actually, about a year and a half (approx) or so after a patent application is filed it is usually "published" at uspto.gov, and you can search and read these published, pending patents just like you can search patents that have been granted. (The applicant can chose to not allow their pending patent be published, but I think this option is rarely taken.)
