I guess we can go back and look at the volumes and I bet you would find enough, but I don't think they have even started. Why would the guy from Wessal buy 125M shares without looking at the audit. Who would do that? At .10 that would be 12.5M dollars. That's not chump change even for a wealthy Sheik. I would rather not theorize this type of hoodwink. Let's get back to the buyout theory.
