I earlier in the week after the letter was released I wondered myself it this was on purpose.

I wonder if Petar wanted to test the waters to see how this would react. Remember when the bid was so strong. I think that was WESSAL. I think that they were testing to see how fast they could rise the PPS. I have other theorys of course many thought start running through your head, when the PPS starts falling. IMO
