Neb, just a week ago you and I were discussing whether Wessal had even started buying. Your argument was they were almost done if not done already buying at the low PPS. My argument was they hadn't started. Now you're suggesting PV is intentionally keeping PPS down so Wessal can buy?
I understand your theory to keep the PPS down intentionally (on late or no news) to shake loose the float. But that could be why PV is delaying the AF release until the last possible moment (as is happenning IMO). Thereby PV has not only successfully shaken the float the last couple days. .. but I perceive the shorts have also over extended themselves even further than before. Delaying the AFs at this point only favors the MMs who have been shorting. Now is the perfect time IMO to stick it to shorty royally by following through.
