I've been off and on all afternoon, nada. I set up an email alert from marketwatch. Tired of this "tennis game". Looks like another long weekend.

lake, Yeah, they're still around. Not as much, but around. All we heard today re: fins... somebody talked to Dwight (maybe more than one here did) and Dwight said he had been given no update about the 23rd deadline being missed. So all we can do is assume that PV would have notified us if they weren't going to make it on time.

stockHOG today said that he confirmed with KPMG that they are a current client. Bunch of conflicting posts on that today, but HOG said he was sure of it.
