yes there was a reference to PWC and I thought there was a reference to KPMG requesting a three day extension for the audit...the reason why the delay from the original due date.....marquee has changed it.
I believe the financials are complete and ready to post. I also believe that the reason they have not been posted is that until the total number of shares issue had been resolved and the number updated at the State of Nevada, they will not release the financials. This may be old news, but we seem to keep getting the same questions over and over. I think that Petar will not authorize the financials to be released until the total share count matches the audit and the records at the state. IMHO
