clawman, this is what I REALLY said and I will highlight in BIG BOLD RED for you.

clawman, I do believe that while they could be very beneficial to WMIH, the NOLs are nothing but a Red Herring from the get go and continues to be until clarified with WMIH forth-coming 8K at some point very soon in my view.

If you attended to the last shareholder meeting Tagar Olson from KKR stated that the NOLs together with leverage (this is what KKR does...) don't make much sense.

So I will be hesitant to make a call, instead will wait to see what the BOD tells us in the next 10-Q which is due on about Nov 9th or earlier. Do they still "believe" in the NOLs or they don't ?!

If they maintain that the NOLs are still there and they can utilized that's fine we can continue to have the discussion about acquisitions. However, I am really more interested in the faith of WMIIC and whether it will be dissolved as the management of WMIH expects by the end of the year.
