Also, just following up on our previous conversation. The 3rd closing is to take place within 2 days of the S-1 becoming effective. Do we know if that has taken place? In my conversations with the TA, they stated that we would see a filing that states the S-1 has been deemed effective by the SEC. Don't know if that's correct but I haven't seen anything that states it is now effective. If that's the case BIEI has another 150k in funding coming there way, correct?
