Good advice, DD is always imperative with these OTC stocks like SHOM - especially considering they're Dark, having not submitted an OTCM disclosure in about 9 months. Oddly enough, they've not filed an attorney's opinion letter either.
These pink sheets often fabricate a story (like the Coke fiasco) to inflate prices in order to dump shares on unaware traders who either don't perform sufficient DD and/or think regulatory agencies will protect them from scams.
