FBG, I well know your opinion of DOC. While I do have some legit questions about some of DOC's moves during his tenure, questions I likely will never get answers to, I do hold a higher opinion of his work at ADXS than you appear to have.
But while Lombardo may end up being a very strong CEO, he seems like a placeholder candidate, or a guy just filling the role until the company is sold. I seriously hope Lombardo ends up being more impressive than his resume and his presentaton skills. I am rooting for him, but I really think the BOD owes more to all ADXS shareholders than what they have given us to date. If the plan is to sell ADXS, then Lombardo might be fine as CEO. But if ADXS wants to remain independent, they will need a high quality CEO to make that happen.
You can continue to blame DOC about 99%, but I fail to see the logic is blaming DOC for being so bad (assuming he was as bad as you claim) without that also reflecting very poorly on the BOD. Which means it doesn't mean we are all home free just because now DOC is gone.
