Unfortunately we can’t. Trade reporting is not related to order Quotation, placing orders is still limited to the minimum of $0.0001 by FINRA for this market.
Brokers often report transactions after arbitrage that result in mark downs below the .$0.0001 minimum, they take out commission and fees after purchasing at market price from Block Positions here in the OTC. Retail placing a "market order" will occasionally execute below the $0.0001 minimum as well.
