The speculation part of "mine" is if or if not, the new factory is going to be a "joint-effort", not whether it is indeed true that the factory is going to be built. Cowin's current facilities may not have been large enough for the V3's in the numbers being projected. As well, we have heard of buses and also light-duty delivery trucks as a possibility too.
Just need to wait and see how it all unfolds - but so far - our combined efforts here doing research have mostly been spot on.
