Yes that makes sense if wmih is going to exhaust nols it does not need interest expense caused by acquisitions via debt to make that task all the more difficult. (Especially if the corporate tax rate cut comes with the elimination of interest deductions). My point is as Gallagher said in March, the Series B cannot necessarily block any acquisition wmih wants to make in the 450 million range.
