Its no wonder ALKM don't want to issue their financials.
On March 6th they issued a Form SC13G stating they had 2.8 billion shares issued.
On April 5th they issued another Form SC13G stating that there were only 1.4 billion shares in issue.
What happened to that 1.4 billion share difference all of a sudden?
