Things don't always go in accordance with best laid plans. FINRA sets the date of a R/S. The fact the company was reiterating the reverse in its last filing as of 9/21 told everyone it was still expected by the company to occur soon.

I warned everyone as forcefully as possible that the reverse was on the horizon.

Placing high upside price targets on an old pink sheet scam headed into a huge reverse split is irresponsible. People get crushed.
