It is definitely too early to invest for the individual investor. But, once Arcturus Therapeutics goes public via the reverse merger with Alcobra and reverse splits the stock to a price for institutions and big investors to invest into, this company has a lot of potential. Already has partnerships with several big players in the biotech industry and the space that they are in is very hot and on an upward trend (one that started 15 yrs ago but fizzled out). This new trend has the potential to be the start of a multi-decade long boom. If you have money for long term speculative investing this is better than many other such investments.
Looking at their new items there was a story about them in 2015 with the story that they expected to have a drug in clinical trials in 2016. On the merger webcast they are saying they will not be in humans for another 18 months to 2 years.
If they have been so far off before why should I believe the new estimate.
