How are you so sure??? What are you basing your opinion on?
I hope that you are basing it on the fact the float (and O/S) is remarkably low, hence there most likely is no need for an R/S because management can still dump and dump shares to raise cash.
However, an R/S can occur for many other reasons.
I've been burned by the R/S before too, several times. So how are you so sure that an R/S will not happen with VERI? "No Way" as you put it.
