One last thing. Publishing target prices is illegal unless one is a CFA (certified financial analyst). One can publish support/resistance technicals but not "target prices". Just because some get away with it for a while doesn't mean you can do it with no fear of repercussions.

Freedom of speech has nothing to do with it. This is an SEC rule.
