The company is USGlobal now. That "Baltia Holding" company you keep referencing doesn't actually exist LOL...it's just a fake name setup on the NY DOS website. It's really easy to just look that up and verify it. I even called the attorney's office that registered the name and they confirmed it was very recently registered. No company by the name of "Baltia Holding" has ever existed or will ever exist. I can guarantee that.
