I don't think so. I considered that, but the volume has not been large enough, and there hasn't been a significant price drop.
What I'm seeing is distribution on the bid: every time the bid grows it gets dumped on. The seller really likes .0006
The pumpers let the bid grow to about 20-30M and then it gets hammered. I think that if there were a promo setting up, the volume would be a couple hundred million in a day at a discount (.0004 or so) and then the board would come to life.
What I'm really waiting for is the next filing to see how DV accomplished her OS reduction, and if there are really any positive cash flows as she has been implying to those who call her. If the seller is able to sell all he wants at these levels, there may not even be a promo....
