Note that the article in the WSJ today stated:

About two months after Dr. Gottlieb took over as commissioner, the FDA announced it wanted tobacco companies to make all cigarettes with such low levels of nicotine that they are no longer addictive. It plans to start the process by the end of the year.

Because someone more powerful told them they have to...Amonia chemistry killed them the first time and this time they better make cigarettes that don't addict. You give Big Tobacco too much credit. They have killed millions. Now they will kill less.

Have you tried to figure out how much money the U.S. and health care industry will save???? Why don't you start looking for the answer.
