GE purchased its interest in New York-based Lightfoot from an investment vehicle managed by an affiliate of Magnetar Capital. In addition to GE, Lightfoot's investors are Atlas Energy L.P. (ATLS), Magnetar Capital, Tortoise Capital Resources Corp. TTO, +5.17% and Triangle Peak Partners Private Equity L.P., as well as funds and accounts under management by BlackRock Investment Management LLC.
