It has been overworked, over abused and over biased and there have to be more stringent controls. Once in that realm, we will all have a voice and an honest choice/chance in these investments, including a level and fair playing field for the Companies we choose to place, or deny our trust based on uninhibited performance opportunities. Then, we have a free market.
