I'm not a basher but an investor and I'm an owner of private company in the technology sector. One the first things we did nine years ago was to put up a good website which is evolving all the time as we speak. I have a few concerns with this company besides a lack of a good website:

1) Where is the product? And, Road Kill and the CBD drink? If we have actual distributors, then the product has to end up somewhere unless it's sitting in a warehouse collecting dust.

2). Buzzy successfully spun off Fern Hill shares but the stock has substantially dropped since. I would put a lot of my focus building up this brand to provide the shareholder value to prove the Spin-Off meant something to begin with before putting a single ounce my energy in anything else.

3) AND Drink - where is it? If the main focus is now the CBD drink, then the remaining energy of this company should be building this brand, not focusing on other Spin-Off shares.

Conclusion: To date, not a single person can locate an AND drink or a Road Kill drink. This is a big concern IMO. What good is the Fernhill Spin-Off if the stock continues to go down and not up. If it ends up down in trips, who will care if they own shares.

Buzzy needs to land solid contracts and get his product in major stores first and foremost IMO. I personally do not want to hold four Spin-Off companies with no value. Let's build VGID and Fernhill before doing anything else.

To answer another one of your comments: I help run and manage a 30+ mil dollar a year company. We bring several customers through our facility every single month to show them our products and our operations. It's a different business model, I get it but we're building our brand every single day through marketing, our website, our face to face interactions with our customers, our buying power, and our customer service. In a nutshell, our customers know what we sell!
