This is a company that has provided nothing to investors over the last few years to indicate what is their plan of operations or what their future plans (if any) are.
It is pointless and misleading to make statements about the company without providing evidence to back it up.
On the surface, using the SEC info, this equity is toast. Any evidence to the contrary is absolutely welcome .
