Well, part of that was me, and I'm glad you asked because the order went through kinda weird and I'm curious if anyone might be able to explain.

I put in a buy for 19500 @ .075, got filled in three lots:

5000
10000
4400

On L2, it went thru @ 15:43:12 - 15:43:54, now in that span there were 600 extra shares noted, plus there was another fill for 10000 more @ 15:44:00 directly after.

Is it as it appears and someone else had an order in for 10600, and it simply went thru at the same time, or is something weird going on. The timing just seemed odd to me.
