Did we finally get new management so a deal could be made. Is NECA actually becoming legitimate? Crazy to here ONCI doing a deal with this Company.

Its only a JV between ONCI and NECA. ONCI proceeds will be half of whatever NECA makes. Half of nothing is still nothing.
