Petz, I didn't mean to infer that Rivet wasn't worth what ever the price was. Nor, did I have an inkling of $210k you mentioned.
As I understood, the deal would cost Rivet the vested Options/Shares he had accumulate from Moto. IIRC, AMD was obliged to compensate Mr Rivet for that loss. That would explain "if" the costs were out of line.
