Tom is building-out the the business units, piece-by-piece, starting with engaging companies in MAP agreements to gauge interest of the purchasers. When interest is achieved, BVTK acquires the MAP, and the company gets bigger, by adding diversification to their product & services mix, which will result in more revenue streams.
Equity investors come into the picture to help grow the foundation and bandwidth of the newly formed business units. Equity investors of course will want liquidity for their investment, so they will insist that BVTK up lists to a higher exchange.
