bfiest, I just said that some OTHER poster (no ME) said you can vote by phone during the ASM and hence cross ticket I suppose.

With the CARDS you can only vote ONE card and if you vote MULTIPLE the LAST ONE counts.

So I don't see where your conclusion comes from. Your solution is just antiparticle as you need to go to the ASM which depending on however you live is not always equally easy for everybody.

Furthermore I advice nothing ever. I say what I would do or what some behaviour could result in such as unbalancing the white card vote by voting it WITHOUT ES, CJ and DP and that that could get ES, CJ and DP of the BoD. And that is what I will do.

I will NOT vote the RED card because it is my believe that a party with the ambition of RONIN to control PPHM 100% by getting the majority of its BoD while only holding 8.8% must, with the other parties they claim to be on their side such as for instance SW, be able to AT LEAST get their candidates voted in.

It is not us retail shareholder that NOW that we have the UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY to do what MANY asked for YEAR, namely remove ES, DP and CJ from the BoD, miss on this opportunity because RONIN (VERY OPPOSED HIMSELF TO ES, DP and CJ as per their letters) if not able to get his candidates voted in.
