As a short term trade, you're right, this may be dead money until that debt with Prudential gets resolved. I am more of a intermediate term holder and then re-evaluate based circumstances at that time. So I don't mind holding a couple quarters waiting for this to be resolved and in the meantime hopefully other buyers will take notice of its relative value at these levels, institutional and management ownership, and revenue growth. Good reward / risk proposition in my opinion at this price over the intermediate term.
