I am glad Tom does not react to this forum's posters, normally, but sticks to his timeline and reasons. At his level he does have a game plan. Sometimes game plans do not patch your ideas but time of year, events, deliberate timing.

Geez, they did like 5-6 FINS in a month! They were almost done when a hurricane hits. It has caused a delay. Blame God. Not BVTK!!
